DailyReportr+ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains the information processed when you use the DailyReportr+ mobile application, web application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
We do not sell personal information, serve third-party advertising, or track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. Information we process
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your name and email address.
- Project information, including names, locations, descriptions, schedules, and status.
- Daily reports, field notes, crew and labor records, tasks, equipment, materials, safety observations, and signatures.
- Photos, attachments, and other project media you choose to upload.
- Profile preferences and support communications.
Operational information
- Device and application information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
- Crash reports, error logs, and limited usage diagnostics.
- Network information, such as an IP address, used for security and service delivery.
Location information
If you grant permission, DailyReportr+ may use location information to associate field records with project sites or provide location-dependent features. You can change location permission in your device settings.
3. How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Store and synchronize authorized project records across devices.
- Create, display, and export daily reports and project documentation.
- Process subscriptions and determine feature access.
- Respond to support requests and service communications.
- Protect the Service, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Storage and security
Local storage
DailyReportr+ may store project information locally on your device to support offline-capable work.
Cloud infrastructure
Authorized account and project records are synchronized through Cloudflare infrastructure, including database and object-storage services. Network traffic is protected with encrypted connections. Access controls are designed to scope records to authorized users.
Security limits
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information only:
- At your direction or with your consent.
- To infrastructure, authentication, payment, crash-reporting, and support providers that process information for the Service.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of DailyReportr+, our users, or others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
6. Subscriptions and platform services
Purchases may be processed by the marketplace associated with your device. DailyReportr+ may use subscription-management providers to validate entitlement status. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, preserve authorized project records, meet legal and security obligations, and resolve disputes. Some records may be archived when an account is inactive or no longer subscribed. You may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting support. Certain records may remain in protected backups or be retained when legally required.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@dailyreportrplus.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your place of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing.
11. California privacy notice
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete certain personal information and to receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. DailyReportr+ does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service.
